Ezkitapp is the Macintosh version of ezkitapp, the EZ-KIT Lite Host Program. With this program you can communicate with and upload programs to the EZ-KIT Lite from Analog Devices.

EZ-KIT Lite
The Analog Devices EZ-KIT Lite is a low-cost, flexible and easy-to-use Digital Signal Processing (DSP) tool designed for the first-time evaluater. Also the electronics hobbyist and ham-radio opperator can use it for experiments in the field of sophisticated audiofilters, or modems for CW, RTTY, AMTOR, etc. The EZ-KIT Lite is a stand-alone printed-circuitboard with a 33 MIPs ADSP-2181 digital signal processor and an AD1847 CD-quality stereo audio codec with programmable sampling rates up to 48 kHz. More information about the EZ-KIT Lite and the working of ezkitapp can be found using the help command from the program.
Cable
The EZ-KIT Lite can be connected to the serial or printer port of the Macintosh. You can use the standard apple serial cable and a D25 - D9 converter. If you like to make a cable yourself, here are the connections:

Shareware info
This program is shareware so you can distribute it to others, put it on BBS's, FTP sides, etc. If you use and like this program, please donate $10 using the Register program that accompanies ezkitapp. Your donation contribute to further devellopment of this software.
Paying for ezkitapp is fairly simple. Open the Register program that accompanies ezkitapp. Enter your name, your email address, and the number of single user licenses you desire (or Site or World-Wide licenses). Save or Copy or Print the data from the Register program and send the data and payment to Kagi Shareware. More specifics on the Register program to follow. Kagi Shareware handles my payment processing.
If paying with Credit Card or First Virtual, you can email or fax the data to Kagi Shareware. Their email address is shareware@kagi.com and their fax number is +1 510 652-6589. You can either Copy the data from Register and paste into the body of an email message or you can Save the data to a file and you can attach that file to an
email message. There is no need to compress the data file, it's already pretty small. If you have a fax modem, just Print the data to the Kagi fax number. Payments sent via email are processed within 3 to 4 days. You will receive an email acknowledgement when it is processed. Payments sent via fax take up to 10 days and if you provide a correct internet email address you will receive an email acknowledgement. If you are paying with Cashor USD Check you should print the data using the Register application and send it to the address shown on the form, which is:
